Membership Policy
Matriculation
Membership begins once the first month’s payment has been received. Students will then gain access to live lessons and the Student Portal for the current month.
Each student will be assigned a unique Student ID after registration. The Student ID will be used for invoicing, payment tracking, assignments, and administrative records. Parents are encouraged to include the Student ID in any correspondence with The A Maths Club.
Renewals or withdrawals
Membership renews automatically upon each monthly payment. Parents or guardians may withdraw their child at any time by emailing us before the next billing cycle.
Graduation
For graduating students, invoices will stop automatically once the O-Level / SEC Additional Mathematics examinations are over. Access to video recordings and the Student Portal will remain available until the end of that calendar month.
